Anthony W.Y. Lee - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Lee was born in Hong Kong and moved to North America at the age of 6, educated in Canada and opened his first business at the tender age of 20.

Mr. Lee is a highly motivated team leader with over 27 years of entrepreneurial experience. He is the founder and CEO of the Seymour Creek Financial Inc., based in Vancouver, Canada a boutique consulting firm specializing in reorganization and strategizing with private and public companies. The principals of Seymour Creek Financial Inc have been offering consulting services since 1984 with combined business wisdom of over 100 years.

An internationally focused company with partners in Asia, North America and Europe. Mr. Lee’s firm has grown to represent a few carefully selected public and private companies on an ongoing basis. The focus has been technology, business services, biotechnology and healthcare, with renewed emphasis on manufacturing and old-economy industries. By utilizing their proprietary database of acquiring companies, equity and venture funds and potential acquisition candidates, Mr. Lee strives to complete the company’s mission with utmost integrity for his clients. Mr. Lee has a proven track record in management, negotiations, mergers, acquisitions, structuring strategic relations and international joint ventures. Mr. Lee brings significant leadership and management skills to any organization he is associated with.

Mr. Lee is also presently the President of the China North American Economic Development Association, which fosters business from China to the West. Leonard Goosen, CGA - Chief Financial Officer / Director

Mr. Goossen has over 20 years experience in both the private and public accounting fields. He was President of Bentley Financial Services where he acted as both their CFO and comptroller as well. The company specialized in the financial and service industry. His versatile and extensive background includes dealing with budgets in excess of $30 million. He has worked with schools such as the University of British Columbia and served as a consultant to franchises such as Puckmasters Ltd., an international hockey training franchise. Mr. Goossen has effectively managed many financial aspects of a variety of companies including financing, distribution, and cash flow management and listing requirements for public companies.

Robert Shin - Chief Technical Officer / Director

An experienced technology consultant, Mr. Shin has worked in Canada, the U.S. and London for the past 7 years. Past clients include Cisco, Sun Microsystems, Best Buy, AOL, and Accenture as well as other start-ups. He has architected enterprise solutions, managed projects and led development teams through multi-million dollar projects.

Martin P. Waterman - Chief Information Officer

He is the founder of Mentoropolis.com and StrategicDNA.com, two firms that specialize in assisting start up companies. He has over 25 years experience with helping young companies to become global, sustainable enterprises. He is also Chairman of the Board of Trafford.com, the first on-demand publisher in the world to print one perfect bound book at a time per order. Trafford was Canada's 5th fastest growing company in 2003 according to Profit Magazine. Waterman also has a background in journalism & public relations and all aspects of documentary film production and is the founder of CorporateDocumentaries.com. Waterman sits on a number of boards and advisory boards, many of which he acts as Chairman and chief strategist.

All Asia Licensing Inc is in the initial stages of interviewing and selecting relevant Advisors who will provide “value add” to the success of the Company’s mission. The Company anticipates this process will identify additional qualified participants in the near future. The roles of the Advisors include but are not limited to the following:

  • Introduction to established global Distributors
  • Assistance with Financing Requirements
  • Assistance in the IPO process
  • Additional Management Capabilities and Special Projects while the company hires
  • and develops staff to manage ongoing activities

Ewen Cameron - Advisor

Mr. Cameron is an associate counsel with Mackenzie Fujisawa LLP and has had over 20 years of experience in Private Corporate Commercial Practice and Real Estate Law. He has advised corporate clients from start up through to investor and public financing.

Mr. Cameron’s clients include businesses specializing in software development, internet sales, private and public education, film and multi-media schools, medical research and pharmaceutical distribution, real estate brokerage and franchising, transportation, engineering, logging, retail, hotel, restaurant, food manufacturing, advertising, back country recreation and travel. He advises entrepreneurial clients on risk reduction, strategic and estate planning and value-driven problem solving.

Mr. Cameron’s transactional experience includes corporations, partnership and shareholder agreements, joint ventures, employment law, shareholder disputes, intellectual property protection and transfers, business acquisitions, re-organizations and sales, franchise agreements, purchase and leasing of specialized equipment (i.e. helicopters and recreational vehicles) as well as the purchase and mortgaging of ships.

David Traub - Advisor

Mr. Traub brings his vast experience and achievements in creating multiple emerging start-ups with a background in new media. He has been a keynote speaker for the Consumer Electronics Show and MacWorld, among others and has produced games for a variety of entertainment industry clients.

Mr. Traub holds a Masters in Education from Harvard with a focus on Interactive/Immersive Technologies. Some of his business clients have included Apple, Capital-EMI, Microsoft, MTV Networks/Viacom, The Rolling Stones, U2 & the Republic of China.

Mr. Traub holds numerous accomplishments including:

  • Co-raising nearly $29 million in startup acquisition capital and term sheets for startups over a ten year period.

  • Conducting global economic development, consulting and speaking engagements for such clients as the

     

    European Union, governments of Sweden, Canada, France, Berlin, Taiwan, Denmark, Norway, and others.

  • Co-enabling $1 million to produce MSN's "Second City Headline News" Internet TV show.

  • Acting as a consultant to Brazil's TV Globo, South Asia's largest network, for ten years where he founded

     

    technology that led to $5 million in yearly revenue business from TV ad insertions.

  • Developing and raising completion funds for multiple international feature films and concert series.

    Jay Gould - Advisor

    “Jay’s expert business acumen in international and finance law will provide All Asia Licensing immeasurable opportunity for growth,” Anthony Lee, Company CEO said in making the announcement.

    Gould is a partner with Pillsbury, Winthrop, Shaw, Pittman, LLP. He practices law in the corporate and securities areas and is the leader of the firm’s investment funds and investment management practice team. Gould has served as chief counsel for E*TRADE Global Asset Management, Inc., Vice President with TransAmerica Life Companies, senior counsel to Bank of America and as an attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission . 

    In his current role, Gould represents and advises U.S. registered investment companies, hedge funds, offshore investment companies and investment advisors on all matters related to mergers and acquisitions. 

    He has extensive experience in drafting private placement memoranda, partnership and limited liability company agreements, proxy statements, periodic reports and other documents for filing with the Securities an Exchange Commission and other regulatory agencies. Gould counsels clients involved in all aspects of the financial services industry, provides counsel on matters involving corporate governance and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance including joint ventures and strategic relations; and retail, institutional and offshore securities distribution strategies and regulatory considerations.

    Gould has numerous publications to his credit and serves or has recently served on a number of boards including: Board of Directors, Association for Corporate Growth, San Francisco Chapter; Advisory Board, The Wall Street Lawyer; California State Bar Financial Institutions Committee; and the Northwest Hedge Fund Society.

    Han Shuyuan - Advisor

    "Han's extensive network of contacts within the Chinese finance industry as well as his experience working with the Chinese government will assist All Asia Licensing greatly in forming business bridges for our clients wishing to deal within China," according to CEO Anthony Lee.     In his career, Shuyuan has held significant positions of influence, such as General Manager of Business in the Agriculture Bank of China as well as Bank Director at various locations for the Agriculture Bank of China.

    "Shuyuan has strong relations in Tianjin, Binhai, Beijing, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Jiangsu, and Xinjiang, among others," Lee pointed out. "He is well respected in the financial industry and has developed numerous professional affiliations over his career," Lee added.
